JASA is proud to operate the Brooklyn hub of NY Connects -- New York State's resource for older adults and people of all ages with disabilities who are seeking long term services and support. NY Connects provides information and referrals to available community-based options, whether you are paying for services yourself, utilizing insurance, or are eligible for government benefits or entitlements.

There is no fee to access these services. People in need of services outside of Brooklyn will be referred to their local NY Connects office.
