Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and you might need to cancel your registration. You can always transfer your registration to a friend or a colleague. If that’s not an option, you can cancel your registration for a full refund until 24 hours before the summit begins. Registrations are fully transferable.

To transfer a registration, please email conferences@jasa.org with the following information about the new attendee: name, email address, job title, organization, and city & state of residence.

Cancellations must be sent in writing to conferences@jasa.org by TIME AND DATE. Cancellations sent after this time will be billed to the department. No-shows on the event day will also be billed to the department.
