This workshop will highlight how financial management programs can identify potential fraud and financial exploitation experienced by older adults. The presenters will also suggest how we can promote financial literacy. The impact of loss of executive functioning in some seniors that makes them more vulnerable to financial mismanagement will also be discussed. The presenters will also explain how the DFTA Bill Payer/Silver Bills program partners with other community based agencies to educate and protect older adults.
