Housing Court and Legal Remedies to Avoid Eviction

Many homeowners and tenants are now facing the threat of eviction and homelessness due to the pandemic and the pandemic economy. In this workshop, we will outline the current state of housing court, legal remedies to eviction, and available financial resources. Issues to be addressed include the challenges of evicting an abuser, and the potential risks of clients being evicted due to the behavior of the abuser.
