Seniors feel better when they are surrounded by their contemporaries in a safe, secure environment. In order to provide the best residential facilities, JASA owns and manages housing for 2,400 New Yorkers 62 and older, who qualify as low- to moderate-income individuals. Seniors in JASA Housing units enjoy the benefits of group activities, social services, and special safety features. A manager and social worker are on duty in every complex, and several have on-site senior centers.
